- Chromagear Custom Sublimation: Production of the order backlog began June 1. Regular Chromagear garments are available to be ordered, and lead times will return to normal once the backlog is processed. Custom sublimated masks continue with a 10 day production.
- Flash Custom Sublimation: Flash finished garment custom sublimation is open and shipping 2 business days from art approval
- ProSphere Custom Sublimation: ProSphere has re-opened for normal production.
- Stock Warehouse & Inventory: Our Statesville, NC warehouse has deep inventory across all Badger & Alleson stock items. NBA products are being centralized for at-once shipment.
- Stock Shipping: Orders over $150 ship free to arrive in 3 days or less.
- Stock Decoration: Screen printing of stock items is fully operational and shipping with a 10-day lead. Other decoration services are available.
- Product Returns: As usual, we will work with any customer impacted by unforeseen events like this one, and will accept returns of blank products at any time.
- Art and Graphic Services: Our art department remains available to assist with design needs, including custom sublimation. We are able to update logos, process mock-up requests, and ready custom sublimation orders for processing.
